Montgomery Premier Soccer Academy has a diverse group of soccer coaches with varying levels of experience, specializations, and certifications. This ensures that we can meet the needs of our diverse community.

Roger Sampah

Director of Soccer Operations

A former professional soccer player from Ivory Coast with extensive playing experience across the US (including DC United) and multiple European and Asian teams. As a highly accomplished coach, he has led the Walter Johnson High School JV team to an undefeated record for three years, was nominated for Best High School Coach of the Year in 2024, and has helped over 50 players achieve college scholarships or professional contracts. Roger holds a USSF D coaching license, offering specialized training in technical skills, tactical intelligence, and mental resilience for all ages, including tots programs, in addition to being a scout for DC Power Pro and a FIFA-licensed agent providing guidance for professional transitions.

Nicholas Loutoo

A passionate and enthusiastic coach with a philosophy centered on consistent hard work and guiding youth players toward growth both on and off the field, encapsulated by his motto: "Show up every day; Progress every day." His coaching history includes current roles as Head Coach of JV Boys at Rockville High School (since 2014), Head Coach of Boys at Shady Grove Middle School (since 2018), and Coach at Go Premier Soccer (since 2013). As a player, he was a Team Captain for the Bethesda Sharks (1997-2005), Colonel Zadok A. Magruder High School (2001-2004), and Montgomery College (2004-2007), achieving various championships at the high school and college levels. His credentials include a USSF D License and two National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer certifications.

Aunner Diaz

An experienced soccer coach with a proven record of leading competitive youth and school-based programs. His core expertise lies in player development, training session planning, and effective team leadership, focused on building disciplined and motivated teams. Aunner has extensive coaching experience, serving as a Head Coach for various organizations including Rockville Soccer Club, Potomac Soccer, and Argyle Middle School. In these roles, Aunner was responsible for designing structured training sessions, managing match-day strategy, and fostering a positive team environment. Aunner holds a USSF D Coaching License and has a playing background with teams like Maryland Rush and UMBC Club Soccer.

Mohammed El-Radi

An accomplished player, holding the titles of a former NJCAA Division III First Team All-American and National Champion with collegiate, international, and high-level league experience. As a former team captain and league MVP, he brings strong leadership, tactical discipline, and a deep understanding of defensive and midfield play to his coaching. His coaching focuses on developing technically sound, confident players with strong game awareness and professionalism, emphasizing defensive organization, ball control, and decision-making. Mohammed works with youth and competitive players, helping them build a strong tactical foundation within a structured, high-energy environment to prepare them for higher levels of the game.

YOHANN ASSOURAMOU

A youth development coach who brings collegiate playing experience from Phelps University to his training philosophy. Yohann’s dual background as a player and coach has instilled a strong commitment to disciplined training, technical excellence, and structured player development. Yohann has worked with several youth clubs and coaches athletes between the ages of 10 and 16. His coaching approach is centered on enhancing technical skills, building tactical awareness, improving confidence, and fostering game intelligence in competitive settings. Beyond team instruction, Yohann also conducts individualized training sessions to sharpen players' technical precision, decision-making, and overall performance progression.

REBECCA SAMPAH

Rebecca specializes in working with the Tots program, focusing on structured early childhood development and positive first sport experiences. She specializes in designing developmentally appropriate programming for children aged 2–5. This programming integrates movement, listening skills, confidence building, and social interaction into a soccer-based environment. Rebecca works closely with experienced soccer coaches to ensure each session aligns with early childhood developmental milestones and oversees curriculum structure and coach alignment. Her role also involves parent communication to ensure families receive a supportive and organized introduction to youth sports, laying a structured foundation for young athletes' long-term growth within the academy.
